In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create two unforgettable Southern favorites: Chili Cheese Étouffée and Bananas Foster (Flambé-Style). From rich, savory Cajun/Creole seasoning to a sweet, sizzling finish, this class is packed with succulent Southern flavor and classic techniques you can recreate at home.
No need to bring a thing! All food and equipment will be supplied. Just show up hungry, ready to cook, and prepared to enjoy a fun, flavorful experience from start to finish.
